The department of international relations is structure sector of Khabarovsk city Administration, it is duty of obedience to the Mayor of the city and interact with administration city departments to provide effective development for the city administration and tourism according to international connections area.
Objectives:
Implementation of the mutual international, trade economical, science and cultural relations of Khabarovsk city with abroad cities.
Conducting organizational work with foreign delegation arriving to the City Administration and organizing official visits of the delegation abroad.
Department function :
Work organization and coordination in the city to establish and develop sisters connections and friendship;
Develop the foreign economic relations;
Provide assistance to City Enterprises for participation on international exhibitions, fairs, presentations and any other activities aims to develop and expand foreign economic relations;
Organize the protocol activities;
Providing the necessary assistance to foreign representation in the city.
International protocol department
Objectives:
is to develop mutual international, science and cultural relations of Khabarovsk city and foreign cities;
rendering assistance to the city enterprises and development of the external economic relations;
Organization of the protocol activities.
Functions:
Preparation of the following documents: agreements, contracts, memorandums, minutes of deliberations about international relations;
Providing international correspondence for the City Administration;
Attracting foreign investment;
Formation of the data bank about business offers from foreign firms.
Development of external relations department
The department has been created to coordinate and support external relations, creating leisure conditions for foreign citizens and Russian Federation citizens as well as tourism promotion in Khabarovsk city.
Department function:
The resource analysis of the sisters and partners relations for ecological and high service tourism development in Khabarovsk city.
Providing support for investment project promotion in tourism area;
Emerging efforts of interested enterprises, public and noncommercial organizations, firms and entrepreneurs for effective usage of the tourism potential in the city;
The Department of International Relations of Khabarovsk city administration has expanded its functions since 2006 year.
